NARROWCAST ADVERTISING SCREEN

PromoDriver's ICM Narrowcast Screen reaches over 40,000 shoppers per month in the average US grocery store, where over 70% of shopping decisions are made.

There are a maximum of forty (40) 15-second ads playing in a continuous loop, offering advertisers six plays per hour, 102 plays per 17-hour day, and over 3000 plays per month. With machines located in direct view of shoppers entering the store, this relates to 1000 monthly passing impressions per ad. The "3D" rotating products, floating out in front of the kiosks, attracts customers and the valuable coupons keep them coming back. With over 4000 users per month at an average of 5 minutes per user, this means 2000 captive impressions per month. With the normal 75% booking of advertising, this means 2660 captive and 1330 passing impressions monthly per kiosk.

The Store Chain is able to take advantage of the benefit of Narrowcasting, through free use of a number of reserved Ad spots per month to be used for in-store promotions & Private Label advertising.

“3D” PRODUCT ADVERTISING

The 3D real-image projection device floats a dynamic real appearing image about 10" out in front of the kiosk. Images appear truly lifelike and zoom in and out, and rotate slowly in front of the viewer. Products appear so real that viewers will reach out to touch it, only to find that their hand passes through it.

The "3D" device will project 10 or 15-second Product Ads in a 10-minute loop and "3D" ads can be synchronized with the Narrowcast Ad spots. Advertising Packages are available for Narrowcast, 3D Ads, and Coupons to manufacturers.

COUPONING & AD TARGETING SOFTWARE

The PromoDriver kiosk incorporates a 19" Resistive Touchscreen that provides a large, easily read, bright image that can be used with bare fingers or gloves.

The ICM couponing software can be accessed from the "Welcome Screen" simply by touching the screen or by swiping a loyalty card in the card scanner or reader.

When a loyalty card is swiped or scanned, the kiosk will play a loop of targeted Ads based on the user's previous purchase history, and the touchscreen will automatically switch to a special screen containing coupon offers relating to the targeted ads. Each morning, the ICM kiosk makes a mirror image copy of the store's database, and when a loyalty card is scanned, it indexes the cardholder's purchase history, and plays a "3D"video loop of the targeted products that meet the targeting criteria, with a coupon screen of associated coupons. The user may print the coupons, or touch any category button to move on to the other coupon offers.

For Stores that do not use loyalty cards, the user can touch any part of the Welcome Screen to access the coupon category screen. The menu on the left side of the screen contains ten categories of grocery coupons. Each category has between one and three screens of coupons, with 14 to 15 coupons per page. The user simply touches the coupon on the Screen to obtain a printed copy. The coupon prints in less than 2-seconds, and is available for use during the current shopping trip.

The ICM categories contain two special categories buttons for special services. One category is for free use by the store chain for Private Label coupon offers. There is no cost to the chain for coupons printed or redeemed for this category. The second special category is for recipes, meal planning, and product information. The Recipe category has photos of meal ideas that can be selected, calling up a screen with the recipe and associated coupons used in preparing the meal. There are also selections for product information such as "cuts of meat" with information on proper selections of cuts of meat.

All Screens incorporate a "Savings Calculator", located at the top of the Screen, that accumulates the total coupon savings as they are printed, and makes a distinctive
"Ka-Ching" sound as a coupon is printed to further expand the couponing experience

PUBLIC SERVICE BANNER ADVERTISING

The ICM provides a banner ad to help locate and reunite missing children with their families. Besides a banner of scrolling pictures and descriptions of missing and endangered children on the welcome screen, the coupon backs are printed in four-color with photos and information from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Coupon backs contain missing children photos and information, with "Public Service Provided By: (Company & Store Name)" on the back of each coupon, as well as on the screen banner ad. Manufacturers subsidize the coupon print cost and banner costs.

LOYALTY CARD SUPPORT

The ICM has been designed to operate with or without magnetic stripe reader or barcode reader for reading loyalty and club card information. In cases where a new loyalty program is planned by the store chains, the readers can be installed by PromoDriver technicians in the field.

HI-SPEED THERMAL COUPON PRINTER

The ICM incorporates an industrial grade thermal printer and custom drivers for print time of under 2-seconds from coupon selection. Printer paper usage will be remotely monitored by PromoDriver, and shipped to the store in a timely manner. Keeping the kiosks filled with paper rolls is the stores responsibility. An "out-of-paper" screen will flash when out of paper, and the store will be E-mailed by the kiosk directly when paper supply is low and should be changed. Paper usage is monitored by the central server for each kiosk, and paper rolls will be automatically shipped to the stores, so stores will never run out or have excess inventory in stock.

KIOSK LOGOS, GRAPHICS, & CUSTOMIZATION

The ICM-501 Kiosk is a sleek all-metal enclosure that can be customized through graphic "skinning" or Logos to blend with the store's decor and theme.

COMPACT FOOTPRINT

The ICM-501 Kiosk has a small footprint of four (4) square feet measuring 27" wide x 21" deep and 83" tall, allowing it to be moved through most doorways. The ICM provides more product sales and revenue share per sq. ft. than any other kiosk or product display.
